a day of pulling…again!

Seem to be pulling out my hair at work now. I am on my feet all day rushing around yet I still seem to find time for pulling. It just feels nice which is hard to understand I know. Its almost like the comfort you get with touch from another person. Relaxing.

I found a damaged hair on my head today which apparently happens when a hair follicle has been damaged. The hair is the same colour, but frizzier and rougher. Naturally I pulled it out.

I worked out today that it is 90 days today since I last cut myself. That is quite a long time really, no wonder I am  craving it!!!!

Also realised I have only had 2 periods this year….and not had one since may. Hmmm.
